Lil 'Rock House!

This property is in a very charming area! It is centrally located, minutes away from many restaurants, downtown and UAMS hospital. It has a spacious fenced in backyard with a fire pit and pergola, making outdoor activities a must. This is a shared space. I am renting one room out of the downstairs. The entire home has been recently updated making it a very cozy place to stay during your travels. This property is located next to interstate 630. If you are a light sleeper then I would not recommend this property for you.

Guests will be able to access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room, one bedroom and the dining room.
This home acts as a duplex. The upstairs and downstairs are completely separated with a secured door. Each has their own entrance to the interior and exterior of the home. You will have your own privacy.
I am available to offer help throughout the stay, as I live in the property as well.

Great Property
Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The house was very well kept, clean, and well stocked. The owner was great…. very helpful and accommodating. The only downside to this property is it butts right up to the freeway so there is a little bit of traffic noise at night.

Updated house but very damp.
The location of the house is close to everything but it is also right next to high way so you can hear the traffic day and night. It has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. The towels and shampoos are well stocked. The only problem we had is the house smells very damp, the dehumidifier was full when we got there, we took out the water it get full in few hours again. House is very clean but the smell made it feels different. If it was not so damp it would be good and comfortable.

Wonderful house, clean and well stocked with everything you need. Owners were so nice.
We stayed at this house when we came down for our daughters wedding in Searcy. House is comfortable and clean. Lots of room for our big family! Great location, we even visited the Little Rock Zoo that was about 5 min away and had a great time. My kids said they had the softest towels ever at the house. Owners were home and came to say hi and see if we needed anything, which was very nice.other than that we had total privacy. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much.

Beautiful rental home! It had everything we needed and more. Very well maintained, very reasonable rental price, and cozy home. Owners keeps the place in excellent shape and they're always available to answer questions; quick responses and very thorough. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Charming, clean, well stocked, great location!
We were very satisfied with our stay in this charming Little Rock house! We had a long weekend of letting the kids visiting with grandparents, 4 adults and 2 kids under 3 stayed in the house. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked for those who want to cook at home in regards to dishes, cookware, and utensils. The owners were very kind and responsive to our questions. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the house is very warm and inviting. It's tucked away at the dead end of a street right off a main highway, so we had plenty of privacy but it was close to the zoo, nice restaurants, and kids activities. There was a nice back yard our 2 year old could play catch and blow bubbles.
