We truly enjoyed the property and app that thought that went into the space, anything you may need in a household is present, communication was quick and easy, the location was within walking distance to a few shops, restaurants and cafes which was really nice, would definitely come back.

Perfect overnight stop for us while traveling home

Cute cottage right off interstate 30 we will be staying here again. Fenced small back yard for your fur babies.

Perfect Spot

The Carriage House is incredibly comfortable. Just what we needed after a long day of traveling. There are several breakfast spots within walking distance in this beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location and great property

I love this part of Little Rock - it’s a short walk to some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and the Arkansas Art Center. The house is cute, very clean, and has all the amenities of home. It was a great place to land while in town for work and to catch up with friends.

Our stay in Little Rock was so nice! It was the perfect weekend stay on our way back to Texas. The cottage was clean and comfortable and close to many cute areas to explore. We felt right at home and will for sure be back!

Amazing, Cozy Stay in Little Rock

Doug was very communicative and the property itself is just perfect. It was very clean and lots of great amenities. We especially loved the kitchen! We will definitely look to book the Carriage House the next time we’re in LR.

Cute and tidy!

This place was super cute and ima nice part of time! I would love to stay here again! There was a small well enclosed yard for my dog to play around and they even provided poop bags! I would stay here again in a heart beat! Just be aware of the directions to get to the place, I didn’t read them till later and saw that we had to go to the back alley to get access to the property!

Geat stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House at SOMA. It is perfect for a couple. A variety of restaraunts are available on Main Street and it is an easy commute to Quigley Stadium for the Central game. Doug is a great host and we will stay here again. My only problem is this place is hard to catch available, which is a testament to what a great place it is.

Excellent property - perfect for our weekend!

Had a wonderful stay over an all too short weekend. Able to bring our two small dogs and it worked out perfectly. Comfy bed, small kitchen, fenced in yard for the pups and well appointed set up. Communication with Doug was quick and easy and we love the location. Several restaurants and breakfast place were a short walk. Very quiet location. Great stay!

Terrific!

Second time we have stayed at Doug’s place and hope to stay there again when we pass through Little Rock. It’s clean, roomy, great location, and Doug is great at communicating.

Great spot, cozy bed!

I stayed here overnight with my dog. We had a great stay. It was a little hard to find since the GPS takes you to the front and I initially wasn’t sure how to get around to the back alley. It didn’t take me long to figure it out though. I really liked the shower and the furniture was very comfortable. I’d stay here again when I pass through

Perfect for Couples

This is the cleanest property you will ever find. The whole place looks and feels like nobody has ever been there. It’s cozy, well-stocked, and inviting. Easy to access and right in the middle of everything Little Rock has to offer.

Little Rock oasis!

This was my second stay at carriage house and I hope to return again soon. It’s truly in the best location with a lovely neighborhood a large variety of restaurants close by. The home is very secure and well appointed. I can’t say enough good about the host, he responds quickly to any questions very kind and understanding. It was a perfect stay.

Perfect little home base

Two blocks from the SOMA district of Little Rock where you can find cute shops and great food. Doug was an excellent and accommodating host and the carriage house was a cute, comfy, and clean place to land after exploring. Great little fenced and secured yard for hanging out or for a furry friend, too!

Beautiful carriage house in historic neighborhood

The area is very quiet lots of beautiful historic homes and close to all of the taurus landmarks you'd like to see in the little rock area and great SOMA community in walking distance. The carriage house is beautifully decorated with all the amenities and very comfortable.

Perfect for football weekends!

The Carriage Housa on SOMA was the perfect choice for attending the Central High football game. Everything was well thought out and spotless. Doug was a great host and only a text away for questions. We will defintely stay again!
