This is an ok place if you are traveling with a group or if someone else is paying for it. Or if you are attending a conference. If you are simply traveling or need a place to stay, it's not that great. Yes, it's clean and comfortable, but it's too huge to be convenient for getting in and out. It's almost a quarter mile walk from the back corner rooms to the lobby.

A little bit dated but worked for the short time we were there. Staff was very accommodating when I had an unexpected need to delay check-in.

I went down to breakfast there was no bacon, sausage, potatoes, or waffles. In the room there was no outlet near the bed that worked. Very disappointed for that expensive of a hotel.

Very nice and rooms are pretty big. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Safe area with food/Target nearby. beautiful lobby. Easy parking. Updated bathroom mirrors with good lighting. Pretty nice hotel especially for the price.

It’s an expensive hotel for how it looks and feels. I was sent to the first floor but felt like a basement because I had a pet. Not so clean and parking spot felt like anyone could break into my car.

Decent enough hotel. Other than the zoo, there didn't seem to be much to do within walking distance. Not sure if this is a constant thing, but there were several highschool sports teams staying at the same time, who were loud and would run up and down the hallways at night.

Wonderful experience.
My son and I were there to be close for medical test. I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff, personnel of the hotel treated us and helped us any way they could. Everything was clean convenient, from housekeeping, maintenance who took care of the shade for us, and the drivers of the shuttle bus were so pleasant and helpful, my son uses a walker, their help was much appreciated. We will stay there anytime we have to be in Little Rock was so much appreciated. We will be staying there anytime we are in Little Rock. their help was much appreciated. Food was good, especially breakfast, very pleasant surroundings. We will be staying there again whenever we have to be in Little Rock.

Had a $100 hold for incidentals which was more than the room was worth; But understandable. Was refunded my $100 after 2 days. My Room was clean but did not have tissue or trash can liners. I dropped my wife off for an early appointment and came back to my room to lay down after eating breakfast to find my bed stripped and being cleaned even after I had hung a do not disturb sign on my door at 9am.

Awesome stay
Much better experience this round. The gentlemen that checked me in yesterday was so understanding and helpful. Then later my husband went down to the pantry to get a snack and the same man was there to check him out and he again was super friendly. Thank you so much. That man ( I wish I would have gotten his name ( he was African American with long braides)) needs a knowledge for his high standard of customer service .. Thank you again
