Fern’s cottage is adorable! It is in a beautiful area, the lawn & gardens are immaculate (the smell of the gardenias is heavenly!), and Bob and Linda are so kind. The cottage itself is sparkling clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the window seat and playing games at the table. It was also super easy to get into Little Rock when we needed to. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful location! The host was gracious and the care for the property was noticed. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Small notable point was that the shower head was phenomenal! Especially after a 20 mile hike in the rain. Close to food, but away from city lights.

Enjoyable stay. Peaceful and Secure

Enjoyed our stay at Fern's Cottage. Memphis was a delight and very sweet dog. We left very safe in the area and the drive was beautiful due to the landscape and area. Definitely would stay again.

A wonderful place to stay near Little Rock

Very cozy, comfortable, and clean place to stay in a beautiful area in the hills near Little Rock. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. The location was conveniently located within a short drive to everywhere we needed to go for the wedding we had traveled to Arkansas to attend.

Our getaway at Fern's Cottage.

Fern's Cottage is on a beautiful property in the mountains. It is centrally located, which makes it easy to access all the state parks, national rivers and off-road adventures we were looking for. Linda, Bob and Memphis were amazing hosts and we would have been lost if not for Bob's encyclopedic knowledge of all the area has to offer.

Clean, quaint, and friendly

Stayed for a couple nights to run a race in the Quachita forest. Property was clean and property is secluded. It is across the driveway from the owners home. They have the best dog ever! Would stay again.

Perfect Gateway Outside of Little Rock

I had the most wonderful stay at this guest house! It was small but incredibly neat and well-kept, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were beyond amazing—truly some of the nicest people I've ever met. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—10/5 stars, no question! Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming getaway.

Cute Stay

The home is cute, quaint, and quiet. The downstairs full bed was fine for a couple. We appreciated the amenities (Wi-Fi, outdoor seating, TV). The only recommendation would be to seal the floors; it would make cleaning spills easier. Other than that the home is lovely.

Peaceful stay

Property was peaceful. The bed was quite small for a couple it was full size. The driveway was hard to maneuver if you have a truck or larger than a compact car. The owner was nice. Property was clean. Would definitely come back if the bed was larger.

Beautiful cottage in the middle of a forest!

What an amazing cottage, close to a lot of activities and it was perfect for our visit to Moss Mountain Farm, the hosts are wonderful people, and we can't wait to return, the cottage is luxurious and accommodating with a wonderful view and plenty of space, we visited many places during our little vacation but tried to return early to the cottage to enjoy the surrounding beauty, we just returned to Los Angeles and my daughter and I are already planning a return visit next Spring. Thank you, Linda and Bob, for a wonderful stay! Alma & Karla

Beautiful and Relaxing

I had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and relaxing. It is the perfect location! Close to the city but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. The cottage was clean and had thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, quality bed sheets, towels, and pillows, and also had some coffees and teas that I enjoyed. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, provided me with a lot of information on the area. I was greeted by their friendly dog each time I arrived and left for the day. It was a lovely experience and if I return to LR, itll be the place I book. Many thanks!
