"The staff was more than accommodating to check us in early and get our room ready for our visit. What we really appreciated about the room was that, for a double bed, it was in a separate room than the bathroom and living area. This allowed one of us to stay up late to watch tv while the other went to bed...and the early riser not to disturb the later riser with early morning wake ups. Not many hotels/motels offer this opportunity...and we were grateful for it!"

"This location was perfect for my family's trip. The property is absolutely beautiful off the lake, and it was wonderful to see the beginning of the fall foliage. The house met our family's needs during our stay and had practically everything we needed. The cleanliness and comfort of the house was terrific, everything organized and well kept. Communication with the host was outstanding, quick responses prior to and during our stay. We were glad to know support was just a message away if we needed it. Thank you Maria and team! This location is near Grand Rapids and provided a lot for the family to do with sightseeing and shopping. Excellent stay, I would highly recommend."

"Like the other reviews state, do not judge this one by the exterior. The interior is very nice! Be ready for steep stairs. The property description mentions stairs and they are not kidding. As long as you're good with stairs, this place is perfect! Location was great! It was fun being in the heart of the action. We would stay here again."
