The reception area was cold and the man on reception was only concerned about the wedding guest that were staying. Not helpful at all. Food was overpriced in the bar area. Cold dark and dingy is the only way to describe this place."

"Basic room but ideal for one night. Very close to the arena. Would forego the breakfast as I don’t think it’s is worth £8.95 at all, some bread, muffins croissants cereal cheese ham cucumber and pepperoni. Save yourself the money and go to the nearby food places which are a 2 min walk away. Otherwise, clean and friendly staff."
