We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a great place to use as a place to relax or as a place to use as a jumping off point for many beautiful places to visit. Our favorite was the view of the lake.
We loved the level of privacy we had at Farmers Lake. The house was a good distance from the road and located right on the water. We loved having the dock and the paddle boat. We wish we been able to had spend more just enjoying the house and its amenities.
The house was everything we wanted for a long weekend away up north. Clean, inviting and plenty of space and things to do. We will definitely come back!
Beautiful home with all the amenities. Plenty of room for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Kitchen stocked with utensils, pots and everything necessary, we played games and enjoyed a warm fire. Would love to come again in the summer time and enjoy the water.
We enjoyed our stay at the house, well stock kitchen was very nice. I have really have no complaints, had an issue with one of the toilets, and they responded quickly. Comfortable seating in the living room. Outside seating was nice, we had chilly nights.. and enjoyed campfires almost every night. The only suggestion I would change, in the master bedroom the mattress is very hard, somewhat old.. we had a hard time sleeping on it. I went out a bought a foam topper then it was better. Otherwise, beautiful stay. I would stay again. Thank you
My family and I enjoyed Freshwater Vacation Rentals home and service. Their beautiful home on Little Lake was very peaceful and had enough water toys and games for my whole family to enjoy. My babies loved fishing on the lake. I love the VCR tv upstairs for the children. Something my techs needed a glimpse of. Plenty of toys and space. We loved how we could cook dinner, eat, and play a game or watch TV all together at the same time. They had wall art that said choose life and this home sure help you focus on just that. So does the service makes it easier.
We stayed here to just get away for my son’s birthday weekend. It was AMAZING!!! So relaxing, refreshing & just all around FABULOUS time!! We will DEFINITELY be going back!
Three families, US, German and Spain....we had a great time together, connecting with our host children's families. The kids loved the lake and amenities.Close to pictured rocks and hiking opportunities we also enjoyed.
We enjoyed our stay at Farmer Lake Lodge. It had plenty of room and beds for our big family, a well stocked large kitchen, games and toys to enjoy, and beautiful views of the lake. It was in a great location for exploring the upper peninsula. Make sure to bring chairs for sitting by the fire if you have more than four in your group and life jackets for enjoying the watercraft on the lake.
The cabin was well stocked and beautifully situated on Farmer Lake. There were nice views of the lake from the family room and master bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and would like to go back in the summer.
The property was incredibly clean and was exactly as described. I communicated multiple times before and during my stay with management and the responses were always very prompt. We needed garbage at one paint during our stay and they were delivered to the door within a few hours. Very impressed.
Cabin was cozy and cute. View was incredible at sunset but so were the mosquitoes. Kitchen was well stocked for large crew of 11. However we did run out of paper towels and toilet paper. Another sitting area screened-in or another area to gather and visit would make this cabin UP perfect! Thank you for sharing it with us.
