The pool area was nice. Far smaller than pictured on the website. The drinks are great… very large, great selection, wines are good. The rooms are clean but sparse and need updating. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close. The restaurants are sub-par. Walked out of the Italian restaurant after waiting 50 mins for a bowl of pasta. The Edgewater grill steak looked like it had been frozen prior to cooking- tough and no taste. The buffet was great but limited selection. Most staff was very friendly. The lobby was very low end. This resort has a lot going on from the casino to the abundance of high end stores water park and over priced mediocre foods. I found it ridiculous that there were so many restaurants and no microwave onsite to reheat your food if you had leftovers. But for $65 they will bring a microwave to your room. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Unfortunately it is hurricane season and we were not able to enjoy the beach as we wished we could.

The resort was beautiful. The workers were extremely helpful and kind. The views of the pool and the ocean were spectacular.

Excellent place will be coming back

The room was fabulous. They upgraded us to a suite because there was construction. The canned water that they handed out complementary was lousy. They need better, complementary water. Including a shower cap would be really nice in the rooms. Very comfortable bed wonderful pillows.
