The property spans a ground floor and an upper floor and features a well-thought-out floor plan. In total, there are three bedrooms, four rooms, two bathrooms, and an additional guest bathroom. The open-concept living area, with a cosy sofa nook and TV, invites you to relax. Three televisions and digital TV provide additional comfort. Thanks to Wi-Fi with speeds starting at 100 Mbit/s, even extended periods of working from home are no problem. One bedroom is located in the attic and cannot be completely closed off by a door; instead, it is open to the ceiling.

The modern, open-concept kitchen offers everything you need for a perfect evening of cooking. Among other things, it features an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, wine refrigerator, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The amenities are rounded out by a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a Nespresso espresso machine. The adjacent dining area with a dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals.

The private Finnish sauna offers special moments of relaxation, while the underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a comfortable indoor climate. The bathrooms are high-end and feature two walk-in showers and a bathtub. These are complemented by modern sinks, toilets, mirrors, makeup mirrors, and hair dryers. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are already included.

The holiday home is also well-equipped for longer stays: a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are available. For families with small children, a cot and a high chair are also available; please request these in advance.

The outdoor area features a terrace, a garden, and comfortable patio furniture. The view of the surrounding countryside creates a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere.

Starting in summer 2026, a bike shed in front of the house will also be available.
