The M48 holiday rental in List on Sylt is much more than a traditional holiday rental—it’s a stylish retreat under a thatched roof, designed for relaxing days in an exclusive atmosphere. Spanning approximately 54 m², you’ll find a tastefully furnished oasis of well-being for two people that harmoniously combines tranquility, comfort, and the unique Sylt way of life.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment offers the ideal setting for couples or solo travellers seeking a relaxing getaway by the sea. High-quality materials, a harmonious design, and the peaceful surroundings create an ambiance that uniquely combines relaxation and well-being.

The light-filled living area welcomes you with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, and a stylish dining area. The open-concept kitchen blends seamlessly into the living space and is fully equipped for self-catering. Amenities include a glass-ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. The amenities are rounded out by a kettle, toaster, a classic coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine for enjoyable coffee breaks.

For added convenience, there is a washing machine and dryer (shared with another apartment in the hallway), a clothes drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner. Privacy screens on all windows enhance the pleasant and private living atmosphere. A free private parking space right in front of the house, as well as Wi-Fi to stay connected even while on holiday, are of course standard features.

A special highlight is the exclusive wellness area with a sauna for your private use, located inside the house and easily accessible. Here you can relax and recharge after an eventful day at the beach. There’s also a shower available so you can freshen up right after your sauna session and then unwind on the lounge chairs. Please note that the private wellness area is accessible via the staircase on the 2nd floor.

Another favourite spot of ours is the sunken area with a beach chair, perfect for leaning back and soaking up the sun.
