"Needlessly complicated check in process - why did I have to supply my ID? There is no UK legal requirement for this and most places don't do it. The booking app has my details if anything goes wrong. My room (6) was in a dark lower basement, not listed as such. I asked for upstairs room which was available but it did not have a cooking stove. "Loved our stay in the pod at the Inn. Access was swift and we even stayed for dinner, which was lovely. Breakfast was continental and was plentiful. Accommodation was clean as the pod looked crisp and new. Basic utensils for an obvious one night stay. Only two blips which were incidentals - no tea towel ( probably forgotten) and the batteries in the remote control for the tv - weren't working but this wouldn't prevent us from recommending or revisting. Lovely local pub, pod and beautiful...
