"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. "Had two nights here, staff really friendly and helpful, room was good and beds were comfy, had a nice meal there. Only downside was the room was above the bar area so a little noisy and room 1 bathroom adjoined ours no 2, it was like they were in the room with us , singing in the bath and some poor person being sick "

"Facilities were excellent as were the staff,the room was great and the housekeeping staff did a terrific job servicing the room whilst i was there. I was made to feel welcome - which was great being a solo traveller. I had an amazing experience with an oula massage and my thanks to the therapist. Only issue i had was with the food sevice in the bar area, my order was forgotten and i waited rather a long time for it to arrive, others recieving theirs despite arriving after mine was placed."
