"Elevator didn’t work most of the time,didn’t have any electricity day time for 3 days,top floor restaurant extremely slow kitchen,night time decided to close for private party without telling the hotel guests,pools extremely cold water-all of them,except indoor pool,but to get to this pool you should walk through corridor which smell of urine was so strong so I throw up multiple times(the smell was coming from close by toilet and changing rooms) I can keep going with the complaints but you got my point "

"We had a nice stay at Villa Tereza. The property and pool are beautiful. The bedrooms are well set up, although we found the kitchens were a bit small to cook meals for 10 people in. We had a few small issues that were quickly resolved by the owners. "
