In 216 Arlberg. We arrived to discover a flood in the basement room but management had maintenance arrive quickly with fans.
The Ac above the patio leaks badly. We couldn’t use it.
The fridge door upstairs wouldn’t stay closed. We had to stick something in the door handles to keep it closed.
Lastly a huge wasp nest was right outside in the large tree. We had the next unit at 218 and walked under the nest multiple times during the stay.
Staff was great to respond quickly to
The flood and bringing missing items. The kitchen had no dish towels in the kitchen.
Unit 218 only had like 5 spoons? Which seems really low in comparison to the forks and knives.

"After a 8hr drive to hotel we realize that the Hotel Security was on strike and was blocking entrance . We Had to wait 1.5hrs to get into Hotel . Security told me that they were only letting 2 cars in every 10 mins. After waiting all this time , my kids were hungry and hotel wouldn't allow my kids ..."
