This beautiful vacation home with pool impresses with its spacious property and provides nice relaxation. In the associated konoba you can spend sociable hours, or just relax on the terrace. Bedroom 4 on the first floor, and also bedroom 5, are accessible from the outside. The roof slopes in the accommodation reaches down to 120 cm. The nearest beach is in Karin Donji and Pirovac. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe! Là piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques ! Un vrai paradis. Là cuisine est un peu plus « vieillotte » mais avec un équipement complet. La salle de bain principale est rénovée avec goût. Il ne nous a rien manqué (sauf des moustiquaires pour les deux chambres principales) Les enfants comme les adultes ont passés un séjour inoubliable. Merci beaucoup pour ce moment magique!

Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit toller Aussicht auf die Landschaft. Ein Zentrum, direkt am Meer- Hafen , ist in 30min Fahrweg erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schon in 15Minuten. Man muss es mögen etwas ab vom Schuss und den Tourismus zu sein...dennoch lässt es sich auf dem Grundstück sehr gut aushalten und man kann auch mal die Seele baumeln lassen.

Geniales Haus

Die Besitzer des Hauses sprechen Deutsch und Englisch und sind sehr angenehm und freundlich. Die Übergabe und Abnahme war absolut entspannt. Der Pool ist toll und sauber. Es gibt ein Spielzimmer mit Pool Billard, Tischtennis und Dart-Automat. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und hat für viele schöne gemeinsame Stunden mit der ganzen Familie gesorgt. Und last but not least ist der Grill im Nebengebäude genial. Das Haus selber ist geräumig und mit seinen 5 Schlafzimmer gibt es genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, wenn das Wetter mal schlecht ist. Für tägliche Strandausflüge ist das Haus nicht geeignet, da man ca. 40 Minuten bis dorthin mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Was jedoch bei dem Angebot von Haus auch nicht wirklich notwendig ist. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die unteren 2 Schlafzimmer grade an heißen Tagen etwas stickig sind und man mit offenen Fenster schlafen muss. Dann ist die Nachtruhe durch die bellenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft etwas gestört. Noch eine Kleinigkeit ist zu erwähnen. Die Bratpfannen sahen so kaputt aus, dass wir am Supermarkt ein gekauft haben. Das Haus hat einen Rahmen für einen wunderschönen unbeschwerten Urlaub gegeben. Wir haben unsere Pläne für nächste Jahr noch nicht gemacht, aber wieder hierher zu kommen ist definitiv eine Option für uns. Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Zwei Daumen hoch!
