"I recently stayed at Landscape-Zakopane: Loftaffair in Zakopane, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The property is overrated, overpriced, and not well maintained. The bathroom ventilators were not working, and the rooms were uncomfortably small. Beds and mattresses are rock solids as from the stone-age. "The property is brand new , very clean and bright maybe a little too bright in the nighttime. The windows in the peaked area keep the room brighter during the night . No way to make it dark in the one room. There were 2 chairs for the deck and no hot tub . The other units have a hot tub and so from the pictures we thought this one did too. The unit has all bedrooms upstairs with a bath . The bath up has a large tub with hand held shower . The downstairs shower is large although there is not a place to put shampoos, razors etc. The unit was very quiet at night . It was difficult to find as the confirmation did not include a unit number. The property was quick to respond to questions regarding check in. There is a quite steep driveway to get to the unit. Overall a nice place, smaller than what the pictures appear but for 1 night it worked well. "

"I had an amazing stay. The room was exceptionally clean, and I really appreciated that you could choose your preferred pillow experience free of charge. The only downsides were that parking came at an additional cost and the staff were not always as friendly as I would have expected. Also, they should be more attentive about who enters the sauna area, as it’s supposed to be for guests aged 15 and above, but I often saw children there, which shouldn’t happen. Overall though, the views and entertainment were fantastic! "

"We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. Selection of food for breakfast was very good; during breakfast you chose food from 3 adults menu options and 2 kids menu options for the evening. Pool area for families was also very nice - our little one had a lot of fun! All in all a very nice getaway from Bratislava!"

"I went there with my brother and we both loved it. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views. Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled eggs. Would definitely recommend. "
