"Wow. From the front of the building, I wasn't expecting much. Just a regular, run of the mill roadside motel. So I was delighted to find an immaculately clean room with a balcony providing an incredible view overlooking the water, fresh fruit and cookies in the lobby, helpful staff, and a discount on dinner at the restaurant down the road. Exceeded all my expectations!"

"The space was clean and matched the description. However, there was no laundry in the unit despite what the listing details say. The bathroom is very small and the bathtub stopper does not work so showering is the only option. Also, be warned that the neighbors REALLY like the 4th of July, they setup an all-night fireworks show directly in front of the house. We would not have gotten any sleep without noise cancelling headphones."

"When I booked this space, they only had one review. It was 5 stars, but I was nervous. It was for a family vacation with my family of 5, all adults. In the era of AI, I was afraid the pictures were too good to be true. Let me tell you, this place was amazing! What the pictures didn't show is the love that the owners have of this place. It shows in the little touches. And it just felt so welcoming.If you love natural sunlight (and the season is sunlight season) you will have HOURS of it! I love all the windows and skylights!To start off, I was greeted with the nicest, personalized note and some fine chocolate. They have a book with all the things in it, such as checkout directions (very reasonable), things to do, places to eat and where everything is. Also the amazing history of the home. It's very interesting.There were so many spaces where an overwhelmed family member can retreat for a bit. The number of outdoor spaces was unreal! Many have mentioned how well stocked the kitchen is. They are not lying. A 5 burner stove, dual oven, all gas! Great vent hood. And ALL the pots, pans, sheets, utensils you could ever need! They even had a loaf pan! (there is never a loaf pan)They even had stakes for roasting marshmallows!The beds were complemented by all. We don't have small children, but I noticed all the things that would benefit the littles!So many games, even jigsaw puzzles to keep everyone entertained. Bathrooms are fully stocked as well. Will book again!"
