The hotel is located conveniently near to a tram stop of all the 4 tram routes. It is also next to a casino, though I did not experience any noise or safety issue. However, all the shops and restaurants in the area around, including the one inside the hotel, close quite early. The hotel looks modernly furnished, and the room is spacious and comfortable. It is a satisfying stay.

Suitable for a couple nights
My room was very large, and the beds very comfy. Big windows too, so lots of light comes in. Service at the front desk leaves to be desired, just the minimum service. I was also disappointed that the bar was closed, reception said it had been closed for a long time. That photo shouldnt feature so prominently in their hotels.com description.

I booked a King bed but was offered a standard room. The staff is rude to me when I check in. The room is kind of dirty, a dead fly in the sink. The hairdryer is not working.

Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room's location meant it was completely quiet, which I value. Disappointed that there was no evening bar and restaurant. I used a local Italian restaurant in the evening once during my stay but the service and food were poor.

First impression could be better
It was ok but at arrival , in a reception I was asked for my date of birthday. The question was embarrassing in front of my work colleague. Other staff were nice but first impression could be better.

The hotel did not uphold the booking as they had over booked. Also did not offer any refund, alternate accommodation. Their staff was least bothered and unprofessional and had no decision making ability.

Bathroom had black Mold and it was not cleaned there were someone's hair in the bathtub. It looks Like No one cleans the bathtub. It was gross to take a shower in such moldy place.

Nice hotel and a good room. Location is in the center, on walking distance from the trainstation but not with suitcases (there is a tram). There are some hangout places in front with bratwurst and beer, which attract the ‘not so fortunate of society’ to put it mildly. My wife would not feel safe by herself going out at night. Access by train to Vienna and Salzburg is very good so it’s easy to make day trips. Breakfast amazingly expensive, go to the luxury version of McCafé or one of the bakeries in front of the hotel and you’ll spend much less.

We offer more than 100 various items, including fresh made egg dishes, fruites, juices, fresh made waffles and more than 15 sorts of bred, rolls and bakeries. We also offer 5 small breakfast types for less money in our Café im Park. I am very sorry that the area around the hotel, especially in front of the sausage stand, made you feel uncomfortable. Room was very outdated and showed A LOT of wear and tear. Head board was missing pieces of material and scratched up, carpet was badly stained with bleach, and the shower bar fell off while using it. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room was a bit old. I didn't like it so much. I think this hotel needs to be renovated. Parking garage is available, brekfast is good.

The property was well located in a pleasant part of the city, but the carpets in the room was very stained and dirty and much of the walls and particularly the corners showed a need for long-overdue maintenance. The price was not bad, but the overall rating was no better than a 2 star and therefore the overall result was not high.

Modern hotel, good location in town, we were on the 4th floor which was quiet. Underground car park at €18 per night. No tea or coffee making facilities in room but there is a cafe on the ground floor

Central located and well communicated. Excellent breakfast. Nice service. We didn’t like that the TV didn’t have English Chanel’s (CNN& BBC only) . The rest were all in German.
