Perfect Location in a great town!
Right in the heart of the town, the apartment is steps away from shops, restaurants and pubs. We took the recommendation from the owners to visit a nearby restaurant, Alt Linz, which was fantastic! Parking is only a short walk away. The accommodations were comfortable and the apartment was tasefully decorated. The owners were very nice, met us at the apartment to unload our luggage and show us around.

It was a treat to stay in a beautifully restored 16th c half-timber house!
Our experience here was incredibly special! Not only was the property exceptional, but we had the wonderful experience of getting to know, and sharing a meal, with the owner's daughter (and family), who inhabit the top floors of the property. The kitchen and bath were beautiful and fully equipped. We have two teen/young-adult kids, and there was plenty of room to sprawl. Linz is a very small town on the Rhein, and was a great home base for day trips. If you have an opportunity to stay here, snap it up!

Tolle Lage direkt in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Linz mit ruhiger Terrasse hinten raus, bestens ausgestattet, sehr nette Vor-Ort-Betreuung. Wir hatten sehr gemütliche und entspannte Tage, vielen Dank für diese tolle Ferienwohnung!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln
Die ruhige, saubere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Linz am Rhein. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat ein sehr großes und modernes Badezimmer. Zu bemängeln wäre, dass im Wohnzimmer vor den Fenstern, die zur Straße und zum direkt gegenüberliegen Wohnhaus zeigen, keinerlei Blickschutz besteht (z.B. kleine Raffrollos). Der Zugang zu der Wohnung erfolgt über eine Dachterrasse,einen Vorflur und dann durch das Badezimmer. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
