Our stay here was great! The location was perfect for food, tourism, and getting to the airport/train station. The staff and their hospitality were incredible. Would recommend!

Pros: Location is great, only few minutes driving from Zhangjiajie National Forest and within walking distance to restaurant and shops. Hotel staff is very nice. Cons: Hotel is very dated, damp and humid. Our room was dark and damp. Carpet and curtains had stains. Mini fridge did not work. Shower barely had any water pressure. There was no hair conditioner and no lotion. Breakfast food was not good and breakfast area felt like a giant diner with people running around everywhere. Will not stay here again.
