We were not told that soap and toiletries are not provided, but the host was very communicative and helpful, and dropped some off for us anyway."

"Although the host is helpful and accommodated my early check in request. The apartment didn’t had a control for the AC and if there was any we didn’t feel it and the apartment was hot.
