Welcome to Woodland Point! This amazing home with a private pool at the 29MM in Linn Creek has some of the best views of the lake!!!

Our beautiful 4 bedroom home is perfectly situated by land or boat at the 29 MM at Lake of the Ozarks. With 6,000 sq ft, this home comfortably sleeps 26+ people and has a heated($50/day)outdoor pool, pool table (with ping pong top), and a 60-in-1 arcade, Golden Tee, Big Buck hunter Reloaded, Bullshooter Electronic darts, etc. The home also has a private two-well dock with a swim platform. By car, it is 10 minutes from Osage Beach restaurants, bars, and shopping. By water it’s near popular water establishments such as Paradise Restaurant, Fish & Co, Larry’s on the Lake, Papa Chubby’s, Margaritaville, Redhead Yacht Club and Captain Ron’s.

When you enter our beautiful home, you enter into the top (main level). There is a spacious beautiful kitchen perfect for cooking for large groups, a large comfortable living room, a balcony with fabulous views, a powder room, and a massive master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and laundry room. The lower level features 3 additional large bedrooms, a powder room, 3 full bathrooms, another living room, a game room, an additional full kitchen, another laundry room, and a screened in porch.

The outdoor space has something for everyone! There is a private pool with pool loungers overlooking the lake. Also for your personal use is a large 2 well dock with slips for storing your boat or PWC's. A platform for swimming, fishing, or laying out.

Our home comes fully furnished with kitchen utensils, dishes, appliances, TV’s, Wi-Fi, linens, and bath towels. An intitial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience. If you need it, we probably got it. Ex: crock pots...

Great family getaway

We had three sisters and their families staying for the week. We enjoyed the property with the pool, hot tub, game room, large kitchen and lake access. This property was able to accommodate our large family well. We did have a few issues which were addressed immediately by Anthony.

Great rental home

This home was in a beautiful location of Lake of the Ozarks, with gorgeous sunsets, and inviting lake views. The amenities were many, and our family especially enjoyed the numerous arcade-style games, the covered dock, the pool and hot tub, the furnished balconies, and the spacious accommodations. The host was very responsive. We would return in the future.

AWESOME get-a-way

We enjoyed an AWESOME little get-away with friends. The property was clean & well stocked for home prepared meals. We enjoyed the property pool/hot tub & games for all ages. Ample supply of towels & washer/dryers made for limited packing needs. The property is located close to Osage Bech which allowed us to enjoy other activities & close proximity to restaurants when we didn’t feel like cooking. Seamless check in/out process.This property comes highly recommended by our entire group!

The house was beautiful! The kids loved all the games and activities! We stayed in November, so the hot tub was a nightly activity. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some! We would love to stay again in the future!

Great House, Lots To Do

This house was amazing. We had 12 people staying for a combined bachelor/bachelorette party. There was plenty of space and tons to do. This house has everything from a pool table to a ping pong cover to golden tee to a pool with inner tubes and so much more. The kitchen was very well stocked - there wasn’t anything I couldn’t find. The strip was only about a 15 minute drive. On top of all of that, the house even has a boat you can rent out. Anthony was extremely communicative the entire time which was another plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place for a vacation

Beautiful lake view, spacious rooms ,lot of fun for kids .Enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool . Sonos Stereo system is a big highlight. Our group had great fun and we like come back again . Thanks Anthony all the prompt responses .

Labor Day Family Vacation

The home was lovely with lots of room and beautiful views of the lake. There were only 7 adults in our group so we had tons of room Please note that the driveway is very steep but we had no issues. We will definitely be returning.

Spacious oasis

The driveway was quite steep but we got used to it quickly. There is a lovely "wow factor" when you open the front door: Windows over look the lake and the house is massive!We had varied weather while we there but we were able to use many of the amenities for a short time: the pool, the kayak, the dock for fishing. All The Games. (one day the kids didn't get out of there pjs because they were too busy playing games)Beds were comfy, kitchen was large and well stocked. Anthony responds very quickly with any question or concern. Our family of 12 had a great time here!

Woodland Point Review

We had an excellent trip. The house had lots of space, games and amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would ever need. The 3 refrigerators allowed for plenty of food storage. The house is also close to the fine dining restaurants on the Bagnall strip. The driveway was a little challenging, but the host Anthony and his exterior maintenance man John were immediately there to assist with any issue we had. The hot tub was well maintained with a relaxing view of the lake. Our friends and family really enjoyed this home. Thanks for everything ANTHONY.

Didn’t disappoint

Beautiful home and plenty to keep everyone entertained. Heated pool was a big hit with the kids. Fishing was great right off the pier. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for everyone. Need more seating at the dining room table but other than that it was an amazing experience for my family.

What an amazing property. Comes with everything you need for a great vacation getaway. The amenities are amazing, from the pool, to the arcade, to the fully furnished kitchens. its the small things and the coziness and comfort the property provides that let us relax and have an amazing time. Absolute Gem!

Did a quick little trip to LOTO to take advantage of unseasonably warm weather and kids had a long weekend. This house was absolutely perfect for our family a little something for everyone when the kids weren't swimming the video games and ping pong kept them occupied for hours. House has a huge dock we brought our boat and were able to enjoy the lake everyday. Can't wait to come back!!!
