"every night the room centralised aircond auto off or slow down, feedback to the counter but reply is "since its a centralised aircon they cannot do anythings as under maintenance department", too hot to sleep, like no cold air in the room, keep on wakeup at the middle of the night as too hot to sleep, room like sauna..., the hotel suppose to improve on this area..., thank you.."
