Tghis is A GREAT hotel and we stay there often. However, the customer service was a miss this trip. The ice maker on the 1st,2nd,3rd, 4th floor was out of order this weekend. No remote for the TV so no way to watch it. Tried calling the front desk but nobody answered. Tried again and this time the phone was dead. Sink looked clean but was badly cracked in multiple places. Toilet had a bad stain in the basin.
