"Probably the dirtiest hotel I have been to. Unfortunately the mixed reviews I read before booking had me mislead as I chose to give the benefit of the doubt. I am not wanting to check into a room with pee on the toilet seat, no shower curtain, hairs in the bathtub, dirty stains covering the floor, phone that does not have all buttons or even a dial tone. I was beyond grossed out and only give 2 stars because when I addressed the front desk, who was clearly struggling to keep up with all the people checking in or other issues I overheard while waiting, was kind and friendly. Never ever going back to this place nor recommend."

"Breakfast was horrible! Waffle machine was clogged and wasn’t coming out. No OJ at breakfast just Apple and Cranberry Juice. "

"Dirty wet towels on the hook behind the door. Hair in the shower and sink. A lot of dirt and dust behind the end tables. Crumbs and such on the wooden bed frame. I booked the room because i wanted simple. I didn't sign up for disgusting. "

"Pillows were very lumpy; bath towels were very thin; toilet paper was like paper towels, the shower gel in the shower was empty . Breakfast was not great - yogurt came from a machine , all the yogurt toppings were empty, there was no coffee where the cups were so you had to go to another area. We stay in many hotels in BG due to having kids who are students at BGSU; by far this was the most expensive and the one that we liked least . We would not stay again "

"It wasn’t fancy, it was okay. The you lady at the front desk when I was checking out was Amazing. I had lost my ring and when I called back, she went down and checked in our room and held it for me until I was able to get back to them later that day."

"The Staff at this hotel was exceedingly helpful, gracious, professional with a splash of familiarity, like family. The breakfast was good. The dining area was clean neat and organized. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. Kids were enjoying themselves. If we had questions they answered them. Would absolutely 💯 stay again. Parking was simple. Check in and out was a breeze. THANK YOU FOR A VERY RELAXING STAY."
