Premier Location in Town. We were in Suite 404, which was comfortable. Slept with windows open, no problems, except the Church clock tower bells sounding every 15 minutes

So positives the staff is outstanding and very accommodating. The property location is outstanding to see old town Zürich. 10 min walk to the main train station. Now the property does not have air conditioning but they provided portable air conditioning to the rooms. The room and the shower are compact so if you are on the big size of things it will be tight. I would recommend for a short stay.

"Beautiful hotel. Not very friendly to Americans. Our air conditioning didn’t cool at all. We called the front desk and they came up and pretty much said oh well. WiFi wouldn’t connect. They wouldn’t even help with luggage. Very disappointing!!!!"
