Luxury loft apartment - Luxurious, exclusive and fantastically beautiful with elevator

  • This extravagant apartment is perfect for holidaymakers looking for exceptional accommodation.

    The 100sqm apartment is located on the 4th floor, in the pedestrian area of ​​the charming old town of Lindau Island and is easily reached by a lift.

    The apartment has 2 bedrooms with modern equipment and a bathroom with shower and WC. The object is equipped for 4-5 persons (5. Person on the pullout sleeper chair in the living room). The luxurious ambience offers an open kitchen with all comforts and then, high-quality equipped dining area with satellite TV / DVD player and free Wi-Fi.

    Due to its special location in a side street of the pedestrian zone, you can reach bakeries, butchers as well as cafes, restaurants and also a supermarket in just a few steps. The harbor is just under 300m, to the nearest bathing place no 500m.

    For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 75 Euro). Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

    With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. Due to the prime location in the pedestrian zone, you can reach all the shops, such as butcher, bakery, supermarket, etc. In the immediate vicinity you will find ice cream parlors, cafes or guest houses. The ship harbor can be reached in about 4 minutes on foot, from which you can start excursions over the entire Lake Constance.

Highlights - Die Abwicklung über die Agentur. Obwohl man mit niemandem gesprochen hat, hat alles perfekt funktioniert. - Die absolut zentrale und trotzdem total ruhige Lage der Wohnung (auch nachts). Lowlights - Bei einer Luxuswohnung erwartet man eigentlich ein zweites (Dusch-)Bad oder wenigstens eine zweite Toilette. Da dies in der Anzeige nicht angegeben war, kann ich es jedoch nicht kritisieren. - Der kleine Fernseher erfüllt für uns jedoch nicht den Standard einer LUXUS-Ferienwohnung. - Die schlechte Parkplatzsituation in Lindau muss einem bewusst sein und man sollte die 25,- €/Tag für das Parkhaus in sein Budget einkalkulieren.

Hervorragend gelegene Unterkunft, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen.( Parkmöglichkeiten außerhalb der Insel ausreichend vorhanden.) Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Gästepass mit Fahrkarte für den Bodo-Verkehrsverbund ist auch sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt und können das LuxusLoft nur empfehlen!

Urlaub 2023

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung " Luxus Loft" für 14 Tage gebucht. Die Buchung und alle weiteren Absprachen waren unkompliziert und stets freundlich. Bei unserer Anreise haben wir eine saubere, sehr schöne, helle und ansprechend dekorierte Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Betten in den beiden Schlafzimmern waren bequem und auch das Babybett sowie ein Kinderhochstuhl standen bereit. Der Ausblick aus dem 4. Stock auf die Stadt hinunter und auf die Berge war wunderschön. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt um sich Abends entspannt etwas zu kochen. Es gab generell absolut ausreichend Stauraum und auch unseren Kinderwagen könnten wir problemlos im Flur abstellen. Mit dem Fahrstuhl konnten wir unser Gepäck und auch alle sonstigen Einkäufe (und den Kinderwagen) gut nach oben befördern. Das Auto kann zum be-und entladen am Hintereingang des Hauses gestellt werden muss dann aber auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz geparkt werden. Hier gibt es auf der Insel nur das Inselparkhaus ( ca 25€ pro Tag ) was für uns keine Option war aufgrund der aufmontierten Jetbox. Wir haben dann vor der Brücke auf die Insel geparkt. Von dort aus hatten wir eine Fußweg von 10 Minuten zur Wohnung. Was für uns kein Problem war weil wir entweder am See entlang spaziert sind oder durch die wunderschöne Altstadt von Lindau gelaufen sind. Zudem kann man viele Ziele absolut unkompliziert mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ( Bus kostenfrei mit Gästekarte, Haltestelle 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt) erreichen. Was wir häufig genutzt haben. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Lindau. Nicht zuletzt weil wir uns von Minute 1 in der Wohnung " zu Hause" gefühlt haben Herzlichen Dank dafür Familie Spielberger

1 Woche Mai Urlaub mit Familie

Hallo aus Hamburg, Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie, Mitte Mai 23, zum ersten Mal in Lindau. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie war groß für 4 Personen, sehr gepflegt, sehr gute Lage, fußläufig 5 min. zum Hafen in Lindau/Insel. Da wir leider in dieser Woche ungewöhnlich kaltes und nasses Wetter hatten, war es abends teilweise etwas kühl in der Wohnung (Heizung wurde nicht richtig warm). Da wir aber viel unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Da man auf der Insel nicht parken darf, war es teilweise etwas umständlich jeden Morgen mit dem Bus zum Parkplatz zu fahren und abends zurück. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder.

Super schöne Wohnung...

Super schöne Wohnung in unschlagbarer Lage mitten auf der Insel Lindau. Alles fußläufig innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen. Ausführliches Informationsmaterial bezüglich check in und anderen Dingen. Diese Unterkunft und auch die Abwicklung durch die Fee vom See jederzeit wieder.

Tolles, großes Stadt-Loft, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen

Das tolle, große Stadt-Loft lässt keine Wünsche offen, denn alle Angaben und Fotos entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger kann die Lage nicht sein. Alles (Verpflegung, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Einzelhandel, Bahnhof, Schiff usw.) ist fußläufig erreichbar. Daher von uns absolut zu empfehlen für 4 Personen. Allerdings gibt es kein Privatparkplatz und das zentrale Parken auf der Insel ist somit relativ teuer. Günstigere Parkmöglichkeiten findend man aber ausserhalb von Lindau-Insel und falls man die Strecke(n) nicht zu Fuß (zurück) laufen möchte, ist es aber aufgrund der Bahnverbindung zu/von der Insel kein großes Problem.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Sehe geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einige Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt, wie z. B. eine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche, einer Butterdose, etwas mehr Geschirr/Gläser.

Traumhafte Wohnung

Eine wunderschöne, ruhige und sehr ansprechend gestaltete Ferienwohnung im Herzen der Insel. Hafen, Bahnhof, Stadtbus, Geschäfte und Restaurants si d innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche und trotz grosser Hitze eine angenehm temperierte und weiträumige Wohnung. Zu empfehlen!

Tolle Wohnung, lässt keine Wünsche offen

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone, man erreicht alles sehr schnell. Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht, ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet , sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Einziges Manko ist die sehr begrenzte Parkmöglichkeit auf der Insel.
