    The lovingly furnished 55 m² apartment accommodates up to 3 guests and features a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with box-spring bed, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is open to the living area. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming options. A spacious terrace is directly accessible, and the garden offers various seating areas and a barbecue spot overlooking nature. Two friendly cats live on the property and enjoy being petted. Ample parking is available; pets are not permitted.
