The hotel had a few dedicated staff. Most could not talk with us. Some took a parental attitude instead of treating us like adult guests. This was NOT a 4-Star property.

The rooms are neat and clean. The hotel lacks amenities (gym, spa, etc.) and the room lacks equipment (stove, slippers, decoration for a more comfortable stay, etc.)

If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad.
