"The motel looks a little rough on the outside but the room was newly remodeled, very clean and modern. You can tell they’re doing a lot of work on the grounds too, so I’m sure eventually this place will be even better. I think it was great for the price. Every staff member we interacted with was very polite and helpful. It seems like a family owns the property and most of them work there. Front desk guy went above and beyond for me when I checked in. "Although they try to keep things clean, many of the tenants leave their trash outside (not in the cans). There are cameras but there were awful screaming matches between my neighbors when I was staying there. It may not be like this all the time but I do not recommend extended stay. They had a fire which disables them from serving breakfast."
