"Very pet friendly as we had access to the garden, the secure parking that close to the centre was perfect. the property was like a home from home with everything needed for a relaxing stay."

"Lovely house, excellent location, great communication with owner , would definitely stay again "

"House was clean and well equipped and was a pleasure to stay"

"Absolutely beautiful apartment, great location. Even got fresh muffins on our arrival! "

"Incredibly peaceful stay, total silence throughout the day ,cozy cabin and a lovely pool area."

"Good accommodation that suited our requirements and excellent value for money. Perfect host and hostess. Central for looking at the wider geographical area in Lincolnshire."

"Great location, well appointed, lovely treats and very comfy thank you"

"Very nice property. Quiet road. We had two cars and were provided with permits for our stay, invaluable as parking in Lincoln is limited. A bit of an uphill walk to the castle and cathedral, but worth it for the peaceful location of the house.A beautiful common behind the house with grazing horses. Easy for dog walking.Easy and helpful communication with our host who provided advice on places to eat.We enjoyed our stay! Thank you."

"Great communications, ease of check-in and the added bonus of a secure garage for parking in an otherwise, fairly busy area were solid highlights. The house suited our needs, was comfortable and quiet enough once the traffic subsided. Also pretty handy location for Lincoln centre. Plus, there's a co-op a very short walk away, when you need to get essentials."

"This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again."

"Very nice property with comfortable beds. The only slight issue is the lack of parking but there is street parking 100 yds away"

"The bungalow is spotless, garden very safe for our dog, overall a wonderful stay"

"The property was nice. It was clean for the most part. It did have dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. There were nice linens and towelsThe only negative was that the host did not respond to messages. We left 2 text and one call with no response. Luckily there wasn’t an emergency. I shudder to think what would have happened if there was something urgent we needed to reach them for .We did receive messages from the host but they were of the sort , Welcome and For your checkout"

"Lovely stay."

"The caravan was very small and very dated, stained duvets, and seats, did not feel comfortable for the two nights we were there, disappointing for £100 a night Close to the shop and bar and easy access to town."

"we really enjoyed our stay , it was lovely having the garden for the dog to potter about in , had everything we needed and the host was on hand when we needed assistance"

"Comfortable well -equipped cottage, ideally located for exploring Stamford and Burghley House and gardens."
