Clean rooms, but the pool/hot tub area was so full of chlorine fumes it was almost unbearable. I suspect the chlorine levels need to be adjusted. I also never quite understood the breakfast situation, so we bought groceries nearby.

Brand new facility. Spacious suites with kitchenette. Quiet. Good coffee at free breakfast. Plenty of parking. Pool looked very nice and clean.

Nautical, romantic suite w/deck overlooking Warwick Neck Cove, pet-friendly!
This was a great place to stay while visitng RI, Cindy was an excellent host! We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the sunset and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Prime 1st Floor Apt Near Hospitals, Brown & I-95 Wi-Fi, All Utilities Included
Kinda janky. No hand towel in the bathroom, bathroom lock was broken, bed made with a bed runner and top sheet but no blanket or comforter, couches with reclining chairs that don't work, broken window shades.
