"The property was perfect for our family of 4. The host was very accommodating and immediately helped us with a few minor things we needed. They are very responsive and willing to help!The kids loved the ping pong table and hangout area in the basement. They also loved having their own room. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The unit was lovely, clean and perfect for our family's stay for 2 nights. The owner responded promptly to every text I sent her. Check in was a breeze and we were even able to check in a bit early which was great. It was a very short drive ( like 5 minutes) to Holiday World - although it is probably walking distance it would be a long walk along a busy road and not something you'd want to do in the heat. You cannot see the park or the drone show/ fireworks from this rental. The neighborhood is right behind the Santa's Lodge hotel, and although more expensive, it was a much better option. It was nice to be able to cook because there aren't many dining options close by and they close early we found, especially if you stay at Holiday World late -- even the really closest pizza place closed at 8 which was after we got back from the park. So definitely bring something to make for evenings if you don't eat at the park. There is a lovely little patio with grill on the side of the unit which we would have loved to use if it hadn't happened to be the hottest few days of this summer!!! Everything you could possibly need or want was provided by the owners as well as comfortable beds, smart tvs, cool a.c. and having two bathrooms and full kitchen was wonderful. We were a party of 5 -- that was perfect. I do think 11 in the unit would be stretching it a bit but maybe if they were little kids. Two smaller families of 3 or 4 could fit nicely. It was spacious and comfortable."

"The property was clean and cool in the midst of a heat wave in Indiana. I was not prepared for the step in/out bathroom, step within the bathroom, and the step between the bedroom and the Livingroom/kitchen area. I ended up putting a kitchen chair near the step in/ out bedroom to Livingroom. The host had installed small running lights beneath each step but still difficult in the day as this transition is not typical. It would be helpful to describe the step transition as part of the overall description."

"The cottage was a pleasure to visit. There's tons of room, kitchen is very well appointed, the layout of the house left plenty of room for large families. There is a game room, fishing, outdoor space and a grill area . Would highly recommend the cottage for Holiday World. Just a few minutes from the gate. Loved the welcome basket and coffee bar set up. They're incredible hosts."

"There is so much to do at the campground, mini golf, Gem mining, pools, water slides, several basketball courts and playgrounds. Let's not forget the arcade. The cabins are perfect for families. You are close to your neighbors, but we are all there for 1 reason our kids to have an awesome time. We took chalk with us and had all the neighbors and people driving by sign the street and the parade on a Tuesday was awesome. The food at the little snack kitchen was very good. Yes, this place can be expensive but the memories you create are for a lifetime."
