I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your room when you arrived Sunday. We have relayed all of your comments made on your google review and to our Real Estate team to our Executive Housekeeper so that the issues that you encountered can be addressed and avoided in the future. We do have a very high standard and we fell short in your case, and we sincerely apologize for the dust in your room. I understand that you were very pleased and complimentary of Samantha, the front desk supervisor, when she met you at your room, personally took you to a new room to ensure that you were satisfied and further discounted your reservation. Samantha additionally offered you both breakfast vouchers and a complimentary wine tasting, which you declined. I hope that once you were in your new room you were able to enjoy the resort and facilities and Polly’s Pancake Parlor! We do look forward to the opportunity to welcome you again.

My husband and I had the absolute best little ski getaway this past week! From the check in to dinner at La vista - food was amazing (especially the brick oven pizza!) we have had an unbelievable experience! All the staff were exceptional and helpful. Our studio room was cozy and just what we needed. Also huge shout out to Stacy - head of housekeeping for sending us my husband’s snow board boots after we left them in the closet!

pretty cool for an overnight with my kiddo
The people involved in the service desk, check in, even the guy sent to tell me I could go in the pool with my kiddo even though the "gate" was down - were all very friendly. My kid had a blast. There were some little issues, like apparently the outdoor area near the pool and hot tub are usually heated, that was broken, the "bubbles" in the hot tubs were temperamental, the heat in the indoor hottub area wasn't working. And one singular person was a little "snooty" mentioning we should have had a reservation at the restaurant - which we arrived promptly at 5, offered to get take out instead, and the place was nearly empty for the full 30 minutes we were in there. Also, no breakfast.

There was a lot of space in our room. However, the Murphy bed and sofa bed need to be replaced with 2 queen beds. The maintenance person was so helpful, but overburdened. He had to fix our TV that didn't work when we arrived and we missed an important show.

The property was beautiful. My studio room was much more than I expected. All the staff I encountered were friendly. The restaurant was excellent as was the winery. The pool and hot tub area was large and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay when in Lincoln.

The property is very modern for a small ski town. This is the spot to go if you want new amenities. The new expansion is being worked on, but this spot is wonderful all around. The large Las Vegas style pool was warm and clean. The rooms clean and modern. The grounds are beautiful.

Great resort, love the pool facility. Room was a bit small and bed made noise everytime i moved or turned…not sure if mattress to old or sheet protector is to blame. Unfortunately did not sleep well. Lack counter space in bathroom and there was 1 hanger in closet. Resort grounds were well kept and the view of the mountain is gorgeous! Kids loved the arcade.

This was a last minute booking and was pleasantly surprised. Easy check in and a great room. Experienced the winery tasting and had a great local dinner at One Love. Enjoyed the hot tub. The highlight was the Riverwalk the next day. Wish we had the time to have done more for longer - very pretty and enjoyable.
