- Enjoy the best of the White Mountains from this updated and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo plus loft at Clearbrook. With a spacious layout and a mountaintop setting, it’s the perfect home base for families looking to relax and explore everything the area has to offer. Free access to the amenities at the Village of Loon next door! Just minutes from the region’s best attractions, including hiking trails, swimming holes, Whale’s Tale Water Park, Clark’s Bears, and great local restaurants.
The condo is spacious and spread out over 3 levels. The main level features a large mud room, an open concept living and dining room with full kitchen. The upper level offers a master with a full bath, and a loft with a second living area. The lower level has a bunk room, a queen room, a full bath and laundry room. There is a private balcony off of the main level with a table and chairs to enjoy the fresh mountain air!
The home does not have central ac- there are window AC units in the primary bedroom and in the loft area. The lower level is on a slab foundation and the bedrooms tend to stay cooler. Fans are available for these rooms.
Free access to the Loon Shuttle on most winter weekends. The shuttle picks up at both neighboring buildings making access even easier!
