The living room has a comfy couch and TV with Amazon Prime. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare meals, and the patio has a gas grill and access to the backyard. Business travelers will love the table/dining corner for a dedicated workspace. Just 15 minutes from downtown Lincoln - book now! Pets welcome (additional cleaning fee)!

Guests have access to the entire basement of our house. While we live upstairs, the basement suite is for our guests only, with complete privacy. Feel free to also enjoy the backyard.

Amazing place to feel at home cook dinner, watch movies and set up some legos. Very accommodating and accessible! Perfect and safe place in Lincoln.

Cozy Getaway

We loved the setup of this place. It is very homey and comfortable. Host was very quick with responding and answering questions. The neighborhood is in a great location and quiet. Having the kitchen available and stocked with all you need to prepare food was awesome for us. If you're looking for a great space to relax and feel at home away from home we recommend this place!

Great place to stay

Loved this property for my family of 4. It was great to have the separate bedroom with multiple sleeping options. With it being a basement, we could hear some noise from upstairs, but it wasn’t too bad (something I was worried about since I’m a light sleeper). Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood

Easy drive to Haymarket, quiet neighborhood with fenced in yard for our dogs. Will stay again for our next visit to Lincoln.

Overall cute and cozy place. Huge backyard and dog friendly. Great location. Quick communication. They worked with us on check in time. Nice neighbors. Things to know beforehand: you can hear every step people make or word said above you in the main house, baby may wake up crying early in the morning in the main house, there’s a coffee pot but no coffee or filters so bring your own supplies

Lincoln trip

We came down for the Nebraska / Colorado football game. We had a wonderful time! Love Lincoln! This place was clean and easy to Get too! We had 4 adults and 1 dog. Neighborhood was wonderful to take our dog for a walk! We enjoyed our stay!

Super clean & great for pets!

The walk out basement unit was super clean, and easy to find. Fenced in yard and perfect neighborhood for dog walks. Quick drive to the Haymarket for wonderful weekend in Lincoln. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

My husband, our two dogs, and I enjoyed our stay! The whole process, from booking our stay to checking out, was very easy. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood and has a large yard that the dogs enjoyed. It was the perfect size and was very clean! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

lovely cuddly place with a huge fenced in yard

Tomas had everything we needed for a night stay. I enjoyed the location and loved the yard. I would recomend this place for a small family or a couple of friends which was my case. Sky my ESP loved the yard. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful

Awesome dog friendly back yard

Great location visiting family and we brought our dog. The back yard is big and has a chain link fence, completely enclosed. Loved it! Also great to have a separate room closed off for our teenager!

December Stay

This property was very great for what we needed. The house was clean and easy to get to. Our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard and it was all as shown on the listing. The only problem we had was with the residents upstairs. We were trying to sleep and around 11:45pm the residents came home and were very loud. Although it wasn’t very long until it got quiet again, we would definitely stay here again!

Spacious basement, responsive host!

We had a pleasant stay over all. The grill was a little difficult to start but my husband was able to get it lit. Fire pit and spacious backyard was pretty nice. We used the kitchen a lot to cook and prepare meals (super convenient as it is close to the grocery store). Kitchen could use newer knives/can opener but we make do with what was there (just note to bring your own just incase, we usually do but forgot this time). Overall a budget friendly spot for families of 5 or less. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the host was responsive and helpful.

Not what we expected

It was located in a nice area. Walkway is very dark, flood light comes on but half way down so very hard to see path. Hard to sleep with noise from upstairs. Unit did not lool like it had been properly cleaned. Food and leftovers in refrigerator. Shower had mold and hair. Behind bed and behind bathroom door was dust,hair and trash. Also trash along the baseboards. The curtains on the door were taped to hold up and the tape was fallen and tape had bugs so could not be properly secured. The host was very prompt on responding. Tried ro add photos but app would not allow

Clean, but some issues

When we first got there, the place was real clean. The people seem pretty nice. Getting around to the back entryway was a little treacherous, especially in the dark. The first night we got there we wanted to grill out. Couldn’t get the grill started so the lady came down from upstairs and started it, but it never got hot enough to cook our chicken so we had to put it in the oven. The heat was mainly coming from the bathroom, so the back bedroom was pretty cold most the time. We had the power go out one time on Friday. Saturday evening we just decided to hang out and watch a movie and the power went out five times during the movie. Each time we would have to get up and go reset the breaker, which they said they didn’t know why that would be happening, however, there was instructions on the door, explaining how to reset the breaker. Was not the best experience of my life. Would never rent this VRBO again.

Lacking the niceness presented in photos

We were a bit disappointed with this stay. It was clean and the beds were well made, but comparing the nicely taken photos in the listing, the vibe and feel was definitely different. Some of the decor and furniture was changed or gone. For example, it sleeps six but the table only seats four. The listing shows benches and chairs at the table. The towels on the bed in the listing are presented as newer and matching, but we had old mismatched towels. I wouldn’t consider it kid-friendly with the number of glass decor pieces or furniture. For a paid stay, it was disappointing to have a cheap shower head, loose toilet and bathroom sink that backs up. Also things like the clock being dead and the light over the stove (sometimes a great night light option especially in a basement) being out are things that are easily remedied but appear to be overlooked. There were no lights on when we entered around 7pm, and the velcro blinds were all down. It would have been nice if the owners left a lamp on so we could easily enter, considering we had to grope around through the kitchen area toward the hallway to find a working light switch. All the interior doors were closed as well which made it a guessing game to try them all and find the bathroom and bedroom vs closets.
