Great stay!

Beautiful condo with lots of space and amenities in an excellent location. We stayed with our kids and grandkids and had a wonderful weekend. The kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend for a family ski weekend.

Warm, Cozy, Convenient Family Vacation Home

Alan and Ann are incredible hosts and have a home that feels like home away from home. We were traveling with both adults and small children and the home had everything we needed. It was also conveniently located. Can't say enough great things and especially want to highlight the great hosts, once again.

Loon Mountain Highland Games

A group of friends and I stayed here while attending the Highland games. The condo was very nice, and was a good location. We had a good relationship with the owner/host.

This property was immaculately maintained and better in person than seen in the pictures. There was plenty of room for all the guests that stayed there as well as on site entertainment. The owner was kind and easy to talk to and provided really clear instructions about the property. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot for a family trip

Alan's condo was perfect for our family vacation to Loon. We had 8 adults and 4 kids stay for a long weekend and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having two living rooms is perfect! The location is great - we walked into town, swam in the river, went to the pool at the Mountain Club and spent a day at Loon exploring the glacial caves and the adventure center. We hope to be back next summer for a longer trip!

Three generation family vacation

Our family from MA, PA and AZ (7 kids ages 2 to 9) had an awesome week, thanks to the perfect size condo and location. The kids loved the bunk room and adults loved the queen/king beds, spacious kitchen and dining area for games. The back deck was a quiet retreat for coffee. We went to the Basin, Flume, Clark’s Bears, Santa’s Village, and golf/mini-golf. The kids went down to the Pemi River everyday to play on the rocks and swim in little pools (their favorite part of the trip). Great 70th birthday dinner at the Common Man seating 15 of us no problem. Grocery store and brewery very close. We loved our time here!

Perfect Ski Retreat Vacation Home

An incredibly spacious and luxurious condo for large groups. Perfect for a ski vacation as the new Timbertown Lift is only 200 yards away.This was our fourth trip to Loon Mountain for skiing and this was by far the best accommodations we’ve ever had. Our group consisted of two families totaling 10 people and still we didn’t even use one of the bedrooms.One of the great things about this condo is that there is a large living area on each floor. This allows kids and adults to have their own space.Large TV’s in every room with cable TV access so we could watch the CFP games. A large table for everyone to gather around for food and games and a kitchen that has nearly every possible utensil. The garage has plenty of ski racks and hooks and benches and serves as a great rally point each morning as you prepare for skiing each day.The water pressure in this unit is, quite literally, the best anyone in our group has ever experienced. The only downside to this is that the hot water ran out quite quickly (after just three showers) and we learned that we had to spread showers out throughout the day. But again, you won’t believe the water pressure.The homeowner is very responsive and it is clear that this condo is so much more than just a rental property for the homeowner. Lots of little touches make this a warm and inviting space for visitors which more than justifies the long list of rules and guidelines renters are asked to follow.

Amazing Accomodations

Excellent ski condo for three families with kids

We had a great experience staying at Alan's condo near Loon. The property is well equipped, centrally located, and the space is SO well utilized (plenty of hang out space, plenty of beds).

Great Condo in a great location

Great rental. It is very clean, well appointed and updated. The shuttle bus is super convenient to get Loon and the ‘Escape Route’ trail is a 5 min walk to the condo at the end of the day.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for large family.Giant family room with pool table was nice.Close to everything in Lincoln but quiet as well.Easy to get to Loon Mountain Club without going out onto main rd.Went there several times.We go to Loon a lot and everyone agreed best property we stayed at'

Snow storm

This is our second year staying here. We love this Condo! Plenty of room to sleep, love all the space downstairs for the younger crowd. Conditions at Loon even better after the snow on Wednesday.

Family Vacation

Our family was delighted to stay here in Lincoln. Everything was provided for us to have a wonderful time. The fire pit and hot tub on the property were amazing. The pool and fitness offered nearby were an added benefit. Our host quickly responded to any questions prior to our arrival. It was an amazing place to stay with lots of room for everyone. Everything you could think of was provided by the host. An exceptional time was had by all!

All in all great place. Bunk beds are not suitable for anyone over 70lbs though. Couple adults had to sleep on them and wound up with sore backs.

Best Trip!

We had a wonderful time at Alan's condo! There were 14 of us total ranging from 11 - adult. We had plenty of space and the location was awesome! The most impressive part was that I left my wedding ring and another diamond ring in a bathroom when we left. Once I realized it Alan was able to have someone go to the condo to retrieve them for me. He did not let the cleaners in until my rings were found. This was above and beyond and so appreciated!

Family Thanksgiving Weekend

Our families had an amazing time at the condo in South Peak. This unit is incredible from the decorations to the amenities provided. The bedrooms were so beautiful and very comfortable. All the comforts of home!! Our children enjoyed their "own condo" on the first floor! The bunk bed bedroom was a huge hit and they spent time there playing and telling stories. The guys loved the plasma TV's and the extremely comfortable leather sofa. The kitchen is fabulous. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and all 11 of us sat at the large table and ate together with the kids next to us at the bar! We were down the street from the Polar Express and went on that as well. At night we roasted marshmellows and made smores by the campfire just steps from the condo. We swam in the pool at the spa and went for a long walk in the complex. We were a 30 minute ride from Santa's Village and enjoyed that as well. The kids watched movies and ate popcorn from the large popcorn bowls provided by the owners. They even toyed with playing the playstation but then changed their minds! The owners thought of everything and we are definitely coming back for another stay! Thank you so so much for everything! It was also great speaking with the owners on the telephone on a few occasions! This was our best stay and we loved it! Elisa

Could not have asked for anything!

Omg. Where do I start. First it was 8 of us 4 couples for Laconia Bike Week. First the ad did not do it justice! The “screening” process at first seemed like overkill but I quickly appreciated it. I can not imagine “renting out” such a wonderful space. It was abundantly clear the reason for as some say “all the rules” because when we arrived every thing seemed brand new -in its place. It felt like we were at home yet away with 6 others. I can honestly say it was by far the nicest place we have ever rented. After 5 days no one in our group ever wanted for anything-everything was exactly as explained by Alan and written down and so we’ll appointed! There was only 8 of us but by all means there could have been 7 more and we still would have had enough room (even with rain most of the time) after signing the guest book, we all agreed there was not one thing we could suggest as an improvement yet we could go on about the positives. Words can not describe not only the condo itself but everything from the incredible water pressure-the actual space-the linens/appliances/furnishings/fixtures/decor, the supplies/security, the checking/out process including payment and security deposit return, the amenities (fire pit/hot tub/spa passes/Wi-Fi/television/games/ area suggestions/recommendation/parking) I would by all means stray again and would be happy to tell anyone or give a recommendation/referral!

Beautiful home with comfortable beds and plenty of room for three families! Host had the house decorated for Christmas which was a wonderful surprise as we were celebrating Christmas with family presents and all. Can’t say enough about host and home except you need to experience this as well!!!

Great getaway in the mountains

Our family and friends had an excellent time here for a weekend getaway as we visited Santa’s Village. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had a little something for everyone. Have stayed in a number of places in Lincoln, this was by far the best!
