- Three minutes from Loon Mountain, our 3-level Forest Ridge townhome sleeps 12. A king suite, two bunk rooms, and a private queen give everyone space. Cook in a granite kitchen, warm up by the wood burning fireplace, then send the crew downstairs to the game room and table hockey. Grill on the deck with mountain views. Best part: the clubhouse, indoor + outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, and tennis, all 1/4 mile away. Ski in winter, splash in summer. Your White Mountain Basecamp awaits.
Welcome to our three-level Forest Ridge townhome in Lincoln, 3 minutes from Loon Mountain and built to sleep 12.
The main level is the heart of the home: a granite-island kitchen with a 5-burner gas range, wine fridge, and two coffee makers (K-cup and drip); a dining table under an iron chandelier; and a living room warmed by a wood burning fireplace, all opening to a composite deck with a gas grill, high-top seating, Adirondack chairs, and partial mountain views.
Upstairs, the primary king suite has a private bath (granite vanity, walk-in shower) and a TV. Two bunk rooms with mountain views handle the kids and extra guests, one with a double-over-double bunk plus a pull-out sofa, the other with twin bunk beds and a single twin.
Downstairs is the group favorite: a private queen bedroom with a full bath, plus a second living room built around a sectional, a TV, and an air hockey setup.
The real edge is the Forest Ridge clubhouse, yours as our guest: indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a gym, a steam room, tennis and pickleball courts, a game room, and a picnic area with a gazebo.
3.5 bathrooms, in-unit laundry, keyless self check-in, and parking for two (free overflow at the clubhouse) round it out. Ski-and-fireplace in winter, pools-and-grill in summer, this home is ready for anything!
Guests have full run of the home (excluding locked owner-supply closets). Check-in is contactless with a smart-lock code, so you can head straight in.
Clubhouse access, pools, hot tub and courts, is handled through the Verkada Pass app: share your email, we send an invite before arrival, and your phone unlocks the doors.
Parking is for two vehicles at the home; additional vehicles park free at the Forest Ridge clubhouse lot.
All rentals are subject to a 3-night minimum stay per Forest Ridge HOA rules.
