Stylishly renovated Studio hotel resort condo sleeps 2. Seated at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak, in New Hampshire`s gorgeous White Mountains. Enjoy nature, hiking and lovely mountain scenery! Great area dining, and outdoor activities. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi are open and located in our facility. Great restaurants within walking distance. Free shuttle bus service to Loon Lift gate. Pemigewasset River in back.

Guests will have a private room and will have access to all the amenities in and around the complex including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, great room, rear deck looking in to the Pemigewasset river and Loon mountain South Peak.
Lots of wonderful things to do and see. Great Restaurants within walking distance. The area has the most waterfalls and hiking trails in all of New Hampshire. Popular sights are: The Lost River, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Franconia Falls, Clarke’s Trading Post (Bear Show), Kangamagus Highway (Top 10 most scenic highways in US), Whales Tail water park, Ice Castles in the Winter`
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on dresser when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Good price..but..
The home owner was very communicative. Site was very clean and served us well…however, we felt that the room had a very minimalist vibe, limited towels, no tissue , thin TP, dim bathroom lighting, no freezer section in the fridge and no additional blankets. The view was very nice as we could see some slopes. I don’t ski, my husband and our grown children and grandchildren do.
With all this said, it did serve its purpose, a comfy bed. I would recommend it though to a younger crowd, they wouldn’t be in the room that much and don’t require or want a comfy sofa or recliner.

The room was perfect for my solo getaway, the wifi was fantastic and it is an absolutely lovely Mountain View. There is also a game room. I liked the check in procedure, there is no liner and no paperwork to fill out. I will definitely stay again.

Peaceful retreat
The room was clean and inviting. We enjoyed sitting in the sun on the deck listening to the river. The location is great with stores and restaurants nearby. We will stay at this property again!

Room was very clean and well laid out including coffee maker with coffee, water and great towels! Perfect for our visit to the Lincoln NH area. And the owner/host was amazingly responsive and eager to make our stay comfortable. Thank you!
