Studio, kitchen, AC, deck, river & mountain views - LA202 By Loon Res

Step into this studio for 2 at the Lodge at Lincoln Station and enjoy the river views. On entering, you'll find the full bath on your left and a large closet on your right. Step a few feet further, and the space opens up to a small but updated kitchen along the left wall, next to a dining area for two. Just beyond is the queen sized bed next to the window. Just to the right is the living area with a love seat (not sleep sofa) in front of the large flat screen TV. Step through the slider here and onto the deck, where you can enjoy river and mountain views.

The Lodge at Lincoln Station offers many amenities, including game rooms, coin laundry, pool and hot tub, billiard table, a small gym, all located on the lowest level. The entry level hosts an inviting lobby area, off of which is a large sun deck for enjoying the Pemigewasset River sights and sounds, and stairs leading down to the river. On the other side is the outdoor pool with grilling area and picnic tables.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season (typically mid-December to late March). Ask us for details.
Pools, laundry, and games may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.

My only complaint I the noise from above. I could hear all of the movement of people walking a d chairs getting moved. The music was pretty loud at times. This is not the fault of the property owner. I was hoping for a quieter stay is all. The condo is very convenient to all local areas. Love the heated outdoor pool. I would recommend but maybe a third floor would be quieter.

Liz, the night person until 10pm at the Lodge was so helpful and friendly. Only things were that some of the utensils that were put back in drawers were really dirty (like, not spots, but still dried food of them) and a glass had been put back in the cabinet that was broken - but I think that's normally the previous renters putting some stuff away but it was a little odd. The room itself is cute with a great view and exactly what I like and I keep asking for the same room at the same place because it's nice and not more than what I need. Thank you everyone

It was spotlessly clean, fully stocked with necessities, and ready for us. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Comfortable seating & bedding within. The puzzles in the unit turned out to be lots of fun, when we were kept in by circumstances unexpectedly one day. Walking distance to the Common Man and Black Mountain Burgers, along with a sandwich shop.

Property was a great little studio in a very nice setting overlooking the slopes and beautiful trees. You cannot see the nearby river (maybe because trees were still full of leaves) but you can hear it, very pleasant. The complex is large and has lots of nice amenities including a pool, sauna and hot tub that were not very busy. Great place for leaf-peeping and seeing the local sites. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the resort was perfect. The room was a bit dated. Most notably, the carpet felt and sounded like I was walking on plastic sheeting. The bed only had two pillows to use and both were flat. I had to fold up an extra blanket to stuff the pillow case to make it “fluffier”.

Beautiful view, but the room was a little outdated. Pans under the oven had some rust spots on them. Carpet was very crunchy when walking around the unit and there was a strong musty smell upon entering. Had to use some Febreeze for the room. Workers were very kind and helpful though.

Would have given 4 stars but the place and bed comforter smelled REALLY bad like cigarette and marijuana smoke, luckily they had a spare in a bag in the close that did not smell. The carpet was crunchy next to the bed and is dated, should be replaced with flooring or anything else.

Overall satisfactory. I wish there had been a cutting board, and a vegetable peeler. I guess I’ll know to bring them if I stay again. Everything went smoothly. I have no major complaints.
