Some areas of the property need to be replaced. I didn’t use fridge but the one in my room was pretty beat up. Breakfast was lacking, no fruit, breads for toast were limited.

Older property. The room was spacious but the linens on the bed had stains and were wrinkled as if someone had laid on them. Towels were very dingy and yellowish. We had cleaning products with us and used them before getting rest from our road trip. I Would not stay here again

It was OK. It had a ceiling fan. Someone's TV was on during the night and you could hear people talking in neighboring rooms. And the refrigerator was more of a freezer.

I've stayed at several 2-3-star hotels in Lincoln, and this is my favorite to date. While the hallway carpet showed some wear, the room was great: everything was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, and it had more space than a standard hotel room. Staff were friendly and helpful in the few interactions we had.

Arrived at midnight, having made the reservation on my smartphone in the car about 3 hours previously and forgetting to mention my husband's temporary disability. Walked in with my husband limping using a cane and the first thing the front desk clerk said was, "It looks like a second floor room might be a problem; we don't have an elevator" and promptly switched us, without even asking, from a second floor king to a double double handicapped room on the first floor. The outside door lock near our room was very touchy and sometimes didn't work at all and the breakfast was OK - nothing special, but the beds were good, the hot water plentiful and overall a very good budget lodging.

It's right off the highway yet quiet. Gas stations and eating establishments around it. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Even the towels were soft. Staff was polite and courteous. We'll be back!

I got my room key and went to my room, which was a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet or was still possibly occupied. They did put me in another room right away but it was a little frustrating, especially after not being able to check in when I first arrived as I was a little early. The cleanliness was a little suboptimal compared to other hotels but I didn’t spend much time in my room.

Stayed on a Saturday night during football season. Price was reasonable and location was good. Room was cleaned and comfortable. Only issue was the key card would not work, front desk person helped us get in.
