The Lincoln Zoo is a short walk, and coffee shops, grocery stores, hardware stores, etc., are a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. The updated and well furnished condo is in a quiet building older with three other units, common area laundry in basement, and garage parking for a compact car (street parking available for trucks or large cars).
