About this property

The LC Retreat

  • Charming home located in Lincoln City, IN and just 5 minutes from Santa Claus, IN where you can comfortably spend a great vacation enjoying the area attractions of Holiday World and Splashin' Safari, Lincoln State Park and Lincoln Boyhood Memorial, Christmas Lake Golf Course or enjoying the many other attractions of rural southern Indiana.

    Included in unit: Full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer & ice maker, microwave, electric oven/stove and dishwasher. Stocked with basic cooking and eating utensils. All bed sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases and bathroom towels are included. Also includes a stacked washer & dryer for you to use at your convenience.

    Master bedroom has a queen bed and bedroom two has a full bed. Both have night stands on either side with USB outlets. Living room has a pullout couch with queen bed. Extra pillows and blankets are in either bedroom closets.

    Outside you will find a propane grill, fire ring and four Adirondack chairs to use. Just bring your own firewood.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave sheets, blankets and pillows on the beds. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a load, dishwasher liquid is under the sink. If heat was used, set thermostat to 50. If AC used, set to 80.
Put used towels on the floor of the bathroom near the door. Leave trash bag in trash container but there is a large trash can outside if the bag needs to be replaced. Extra bags are in cabinets above.
Property owner is not responsible for utility/internet outages from weather, natural disasters, or utility providers. Refunds will not be provided for outages resulting outside the owner's control.
