Loved that we could see the ocean and hear the waves from our bed - loved the short walk to the beach - property is old and could use some improvements but was clean. Just know they it’s a key friendly place so you may hear dogs barking during the night which was a bit annoying - great place for the price and location is great !!

Just ok
Good ocean view, the only other Tennant there stayed above us was a little noisy most of the time.
The room has an amazing view of the ocean. The room could use a little work on a purely paint update. The floor could have used an additional sweep prior to the mop. Overall the room was clean and ready earlier than the check in time. Beach access was easy just down from the unit. The fireplace was a nice toch.
Overall pretty good for the price. Unit was outdated with 1 chair and coffee table and also only 1 nightstand. Not easy to get in and out of hotel since it’s a corner of busy road. Lots of stairs and a hill to get down to the beach. Having fireplace is nice.
The images online make it look in better condition than it is. Our room had a water leak in the ceiling, trim torn off the walls, tv didn't work and the door was very difficult to open.
Pros:
The view was amazing from the balcony. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was nice. They also allowed dogs.

Whale Bonaza
Loved the expierences here. Room was great with a fantastic view. We saw whales from the balcony nearly every night! There was a doe resting in a nearby driveway a couple of mornings. We did not use the beach acess here to many stairs for us. But there was a great beach access 3 blocks away at Nelscott beach. Loved that its on the main floor.Could really use a small dresser or table, there was room for one. We will probably stay here again.🙂
Places on the ocean have a hard time keeping up with the odd ball maintenance and this place is no exception. Handrails are rough, and the door has big gaps around the frame. That being said, the balcony looks right over the water and that was all i really wanted.

Enjoyed the area but other guests ruined it.
The closeness to the areas we were interested in was great. The room was clean but a bit sparse. The bed was very hard and the proximity to the beach was very overstated but that wasn't the down side. We were in 1F and the guests above us were loud and obnoxious ALL NIGHT LONG our first night. And guests with pets let them roam unleashed. After encountering two very large dogs roaming the walkway and parking lot, we decided to call it and left the property. Lesson learned. I didn't want to rip you on the review it's just that this type of property is not for us.
Nice beach access close by, close to food and shops. Parking lot can be interesting at times. For the money it was wonderful minus 2 things. #1,) the missing door molding / weatherstrip leaves a gap around the door so we heard every conversation outside the room and in the next units. This needs to be fixed . #2.) not the property manager fault but every night we opens the balcony to enjoy the amazing view we were smoked out by the people below us smoking weed. . It really ruined this room for us but again not the property management issue

SeaHorse 2-A Lincoln City, OR
Because of lock, couldn't get in for 1 hour until a property manager was found (luckily) and got us in. He had to fix the door which was bent. TV Remote didn't work. No soap for the shower. No dustpan for picking up sand. Good towels and warm with fireplace. Small but looking out on the ocean from upper perspective. Beach access but not easy to walk. Can drive 1/4 mile to an access point. South end of Lincoln City by Spanish Head area. Adapted and enjoyed our stay. Might use this again because of price, but probably not.
This place was amazing. For anyone who is concerned about reviews mentioning the building being beat up or run down, yeah, it shows its age, but dont let that distract you. The room is clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The views are great. In the past, i have stayed at places where everything feels wet inside. But not here. It was super comfortable.
The beach is close but its a bit of a hike and it is steep. That being said, 90% of the properties on the Oregon coast are like that. Unless you wanna spend 5 times if not more for w beachfront property, just be ready for a hike.
The heating and fireplace were great. There isnt any AC though, so if you come during a particularly hot time it might get a bit warm.
The location is great. Not quite in Lincoln City and the craziness of being in or near a major attraction or s shopping center, this was an ideal location. Its quiet. Its not busy.
All in all, this was an awesome place to stay and I would highly recommend.
