Designed "reverse living" so the main floor opens to the water, you'll take your morning coffee on the patio watching the lake wake up, then walk down to your shared dock and push off in one of our kayaks or stand-up paddleboards — included, stored right in the garage game room.

Built for easy days. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook in, plus a loaded coffee and tea bar. When the paddling's done, the converted garage is a game room with a ping pong table, and evenings belong to the shared lakeside firepit. Bring the dog — we're proudly pet-friendly, which is rarer than it should be out here.
