Great place :)

Very nice place. We enjoyed our stay very much, and they provided us with so many things. It is in a great location, and we were able to walk to a lot of places. We will definitely stay here again

Disappointed

Its unfortunate that the beds are extremely outdated and creaky, the remote control for the tv hardly worked and the sound went in and out. No screen on the sliding glass door so was unable to have the door open to get an ocean breeze without bugs, the heat did not work nor did the fireplace and the walls are EXTREMELY thin, do not book a ground floor. The pictures are very misleading as the way a ground floor is advertised appears to have outside access from the slider but there is not. If i could give this place negative stars i would. A pretty expensive stay for what is offered.

Do not recommend ground level

The room was extremely basic, clean upon arrival. The TV barely worked, the remote control worked on and off but channels could barely be changed. No screen door on the slider so the door couldn't be left open to listen to the ocean or catch a breeze without bugs coming in. The heat did not work at all so it got a little cold at night. Overall very disappointing stay. Extremely loud being on the ground floor, you can pretty much hear any conversations being had above you, the pictures are a tad misleading I thought having a ground floor room would give some outside walking access through the slider and it's just a small patio. Aside from the room being clean, I would not stay here again, it's a waste of money, the bed is also really outdated, is not comfortable and squeaks.

Great price great location

The ad stated a view of the ocean from my balcony. The trees blocked the view. When I asked to switch rooms that couldn't happen. Also I was told there would be wifi and when I asked they said there wasn't wifi available in my room. Other than that it was a cute studio great walk to the beach and I enjoyed myself.

Get what you pay for

It was the most affordable room for late notice and for the price . It all reflected the experience can’t really blame the app. It’s function for what you need but lacks in everything else . Ok out of date no service bedding dirty with stains asked to look in closet for more but since the agents have never seen the place are not my aware of what is available. Towels dirty and stained with makeup walls are paper thin and upstairs up all night and making noise could not rest with only an app to complain to really sketch stay would not stay ever again app doesn’t specify if there is a dog fee had to pay last minute an extra170 because I noticed the rental agreement stated no pets allowed unless noted

Horrible place

Horrible, horrible place to stay! Filthy, filthy drapes. Electrical outlets don't work properly, had to choose between lights or charging devices! Fireplace doesn't work. Deadbolt broken, which is a safer issue for us. Sliding door almost impossible to open. Sad part is, this property is in a great location and could be sweet little units, but it is clear that this property is mismanaged by slumlords who take zero pride in their establishment. Really disappointed in VRBO and will never, ever, rent from Vacasa again!

Terrible bed

The room is underwhelming. For its reasonable price we had very low expectations. The renovation on the rooms does not feel complete,trim missing, crappy paint job around previous artwork. The bed is the absolute WORST part. It was the hardest most squeaky bed I have EVER slept on. It was so bad that we bought a new air mattress to sleep on the second day we were there because we could not stand another 4 nights on that terrible excuse of a mattress. All you had to do is shift slightly and it sounds like you're jumping all over it. To add to that, The walls are THIN. If you're on the bottom floor you'll hear EVERY SINGLE SOUND ABOVE YOU. Every step, every dog paw running back and forth at midnight, every scream and sigh. The water pressure and jankey shower curtain makes for a miserable shower. The best thing about this stay was the proximity to the beach and the view, for the price it was okay. Just fix the bed and the shower issues and it wouldn't be THAT bad of a stay. Just bring ear plugs for sleeping to drown out the sound of your neighbors up until 4am doing God knows what.

Just OK

The basic room was fine, but: NO WIFI. I had a Zoom meeting I needed to attend and I was not able to get Wifi. I kept getting a message to enter a password but one had not been given to me. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for 40 minutes before giving up. I had to drive to McDonalds to get wifi and attend my meeting. It was a big deal. Also, the glass door was rusty and very hard to open. I also would have felt safer if there was an interior 'flip' lock for the door. Anyone with a key copy could have broken in.

No wifi but cheap

Pros: was very affordable, cozy fireplace, loved the view and proximity to the beach. Cons: no apparent wifi, hard bed with squeaky frame, the patio door sticks and is hard to open/close, I found a dirty spoon and bandaid behind a nightstand. The wifi issue bothered me the most as it doesn’t say there’s no internet on the app which is how I booked. I specifically came down intending to work remotely and wouldn’t have booked this room had I known there was no internet. When I called Vacasa they couldn’t get back to me until 2 days later (1 day after I had checked out) because there has been a storm and long term residents take precedence over vacationers according to the Vacasa representative which I felt was poor customer service to say. If you need a cheap place to stay then go for it, I don’t think I would come back based on the overall experience.

Quiet Stay

The contactless check in here was great, and the room itself was in good cleanliness. The room has good heat and water pressure. The bed was less than comfortable and the sliding door was difficult to move along its tract.

Warm room

When we arrived the heat was up really high on a 80 degree day so the room was super hot and even after we turned it off and had the door open it didn't cool off till the next day. Coffee pot was also dirty. Great view. Close to so much. It was a great getaway for my husband and I.

Expect cheap

I found food in the fridge and an empty water bottle by the bed. This is shocking during our covid crisis. Since there is no early check in and check in is at 4, there is no excuse for this especially since it is a tiny room to clean. The big disappointment was the balcony, where one of the chairs was broken, and then the floor looked like it was never cleaned. I had to use one out of three towels given so that I could stand and enjoy the balcony. I wouldn't mind all these things but they charge so much for cleaning, and they make it seem like everything is going to be super clean cause of covid but it's not. The cleaning is just as bad as going to low rate motel. I would love some sort of compensation or a free night next time. (Not to mention last time I stayed at vacasa, they never got back to me about their misrepresentation of amenities) Will vacasa value my business and make this right?
