Spacious Oceanfront Suite - Sleeps 4 - Top Floor - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:

'Lord of the Tides' is what we call this spacious top floor oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of two queen size beds, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right outside of the oceanside window! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

No. 311, which we call “Lord of the Tides,” is one of our most spacious condos. Because it is on the third-floor, the view cannot be beat. It has recently been updated with new ultra soft carpet, new light fixtures, new draperies, bedding, wall decor and a 55-inch flat-screen TV.



It is easy to spend hours sitting in front of the wall of windows enjoying the unobstructed view of the beach and the crashing waves of the ocean.



Just because you’re on vacation doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy the convenience of home cooking. This condo has a full kitchen with range oven, stovetop, fridge, microwave, toaster, crockpot and all the dishes and cooking supplies you could need. Enjoy the privacy of two separate sleeping areas that each feature comfortable queen beds as well as two full bathrooms.



From your front windows, gaze to the north to observe the natural tide pools, which are a short 10-minute walk away. Turn to the south and observe the D River, the shortest in the world. Gaze out into the water, and look for fishing boats and the occasional whale spout dotting the horizon.



Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool and sauna, and if you feel like getting out of 311?s kitchen, there are two gas grills on the property available for you to barbecue! We provide all the linens, towels, toiletries, cookware and complimentary coffee. This isn’t a motel room. It’s home!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
