Huge oceanfront views from walls of windows. Enjoy spacious, open living and close to beach access! Our split level oceanfront home is open yet cozy offering individual space as well as gathering space too. Master bedroom has gas fireplace and slider to huge deck. Also, master bath has a large soaking tub and separate shower. The oversized living room offers a gas fireplace and the open large kitchen is complete with an eating bar plus formal dining area. Living room has new sectional with sleeper sofa. Second bedroom is spacious. The great room downstairs boasts a big screen TV a separate bathroom and a quiet area to relax. Just two doors away is the beach access. Stairs but definitely worth it. Watch pelicans soar just above the waves, surfers surf, seals play and whales spouts!

Everything was excellent during our stay. House was clean and cozy. Great views and had some great sunsets with walks on the beach. Fireplace was a perfect addition for our stay and kept the main room warm. The only thing we were lacking was a crab cracker but we managed.

This is a beautiful oceanfront home with a spectacular view in a quiet neighborhood with nearby beach access. Home is very well kept with comfortable beds and has all the comforts of home. Highly recommend it to any small family looking for a getaway.

Nicely appointed, comfy beds, lots of towels, kitchen well stocked. The only reason it’s not 5 star is that the LVP floors were too slick for our dog. Just need more area rugs.

Most beautiful and well kept rental we’ve ever stayed at. Plenty of comfy places to sit and the view can’t be beat. Loved the fireplaces, jacuzzi tub and ocean sounds from the deck and living room/bedroom. Quiet neighborhood we hadn’t explored before, and appreciated you allowed our dog to come. The turf on the deck was very thoughtful. We hope to return soon, thank you!

Great ocean views

The house was exactly what we were looking for. The views of ocean, the large deck, the interior of the house was nice. We had sunshine and blue skies every day and spent most of the time on the deck. We appreciated the use of the garage - if there would have been a remote opener it would have been perfect. We would stay here again.

Mom’s 65th birthday weekend

We had such a wonderful stay at Anchor Ave. The home was very clean and comfortable and the view was beautiful. Jamie was quick to respond and very friendly when I had a question. Gorgeous Home with the best view!

This was our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back next year! The home is very clean and well appointed. The BBQ grill is a great touch as well. The view is simply amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck. We even got to see whales this time! It couldn't have been more perfect. Vickie and Jamie are fantastic with responding to questions and requests. We highly recommend this property!!
