I would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish.We arrived to find the condo was not clean, and the refrigerator wasn’t working. We were told it would be replaced, but that never happened. To make matters worse, the metal wall heater turned on by itself even though the control was set to “Off.” It continued producing heat, making the condo unbearably hot and creating what we felt was a serious safety concern with the bed close.We called Vacasa to report the heater, but no one came to help that evening, and we weren’t offered another room. Because the condo was so hot, my husband ended up sleeping on the floor while the kids and I slept on the couch just to try to get some rest. We had to call again the following morning before someone finally came to look at it. I asked for a refund and was asked if I was leaving that day in the middle of our vacation. Keep in mind it was my son’s birthday trip. I was refunded 84 out of the entire amount we paid. I spent more time on the phone with customer service than I did enjoying my vacation. Between the dirty condo, the broken refrigerator that was never replaced, the malfunctioning heater, and the lack of urgency in addressing these issues, this was one of the most frustrating rental experiences we’ve had.Please be aware that if something goes wrong during your stay, it may not be resolved promptly. We left feeling disappointed and would not stay here again.
