The house was spotless. Large enough for a big family or group. All the appliances worked perfect. The location was great!
The only complaint is the carpet. It looks like someone deliberately stained the carpet. It is a real shame because it is the first thing you see.
The lock boxes need to be replaced.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!
My family and I really enjoyed this property! Very spacious. Clean and Had all the supplies we needed. definitely visiting again very soon!

Great Place to stay and see everthing!
Everything was great! Location was perfect. The teens love the house and the game room. House is older inside but was perfect for the teens. Not far from anything you may need. House was clean and the management company was easy to work with. Will be back!

Eagle's Nest
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with the family, 7 of us. The granddaughters walked to the beach, 3 minutes each morning and brought back lots of shells. My mother who is 92 thought the home very comfortable as did my husband and I. My daughter and I really enjoyed cooking in such a complete kitchen.

Just what we wanted
This was perfect for our needs. Six kids had a great time playing with the ping pong table, air hockey and foosball tables. We brought some yard games for the backyard that was spacious and well maintained. The grill worked great for barbequing up dinners.
The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit outdated, and the dining chairs have seen better days. This may be a complaint for some, but it helped me feel a bit more at home with so many kids and not so worried about them being on nicer furniture.
Walking to the beach was easy, though it is a big hill coming back.
This place made for a perfect vacation for us.

It was ok.
When we got to the house was not clean. The sink still had grease. The doors to the bathroom got stuck and had a hard time locking and unlocking the doors. The master bedroom door was bent and it got stuck. The ping pong balls we mostly unusable. Part of the Foos ball table was damaged. The dishwasher bent and started to rust. We did have a great time. Great location would rent from you guys again, but not that house. That house does need a work and has a lot of potential.

House great and comfortable - but...
Had a great stay - the house was great - comfortable and roomy - clean inside...
but (and this is very fixable by the owner) - the yard was overgrown to the point that the growth partially blocked the walkway to the front door entrance. When it rained the foliage was wet and you could not walk through it without getting wet. The grass yard was a mess and needed cutting - the outside of the house could have been improved by spraying off with a hose a lot of stuff hanging from the siding and windows - cobwebs etc...
BUT INSIDE THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND NEAT. If the outside was more appealing (affects how you feel when you see it and enter) I would have given it 4 or 5 stars.
This is a perfect beach house for a big group. There are 2 bedrooms however there are 3 beds and a sleeping area in the living room. The game room in the basement and garage gives you plenty of things to do in the house and there is a huge backyard for the kids to run around and play My daughter greatly enjoyed it. The house is old school but is very comfortable. It is close to the beach, but I suggest you drive to it if you have small children, it's a hilly walk. The house is walking distance from a few stores. The house was clean however the rugs could use a deep cleaning, my daughters feet were filthy after running around in the house with socks. The washing machine could use a cleaning in the fabric softener dispenser as well, it looked a little moldy. The stovetop on the oven has a few issues that should be fixed and the dishwasher does not work, the soap dispenser never opened for the pod to come out the 2 times I tried washing dishes. That made me skeptical that the dishes were clean that we used when we got there. Honestly I think the owner probably doesn't know these things, his cleaners could do a better job for the price of the $125 cleaning fee. In final, this is a great house to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. We will go back again.

Pros : The walking distance to the beach, the backyard, and the games in the garage were the best parts. My daughter loved the air hockey and we had fun with ping pong. The house is decently sized and cozy, beds were comfortable. Distance to everything in town was perfect, outlet mall was very close by. Heat lamps in bathrooms were nice for the cold mornings.
Cons : Furniture, appliances, etc. could use updating, makes house look dingy and run down. Outlets need replaced, plug-ins fall out and some of them have to be only halfway in to work which is dangerous. House was really warm in some areas with no AC and it would've been nice to have screens on windows for airflow.
Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Much better than a hotel with no privacy.

The home was clean but quite dated in looks. The couches had old stains on them , dining room chairs were wobbly, and wall paper in master had areas where it had been torn off but the home was clean and the gaming tables kept the kids busy. You could see the ocean from the home. It was decent place to stay but for the same price I paid to rent this place, I could have been in a 5 ***** hotel with robes and restaurants. (let me clarify... the fee for the actual house was not bad, its the administration, cleaning and tax fee's that blow up the rental price well above a decent hotel cost. Although I probably will go back to stays at hotels for now on, the kids had fun and it was relaxing just being somewhere other than home)
